These Terms & Conditions govern your licensing and use of the offline desktop and web-based business automation software provided by Desk Solutions Inc.

1. Software Licensing

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and run our desktop applications (e.g. PrintShop Manager) on your workspaces. Flat monthly subscriptions are billed based on user operator accounts. You are responsible for ensuring that you do not exceed the operator limits of your selected licensing tier.

2. Data and Sync Daemon

Your local workspace databases are stored on your devices. Desk Solutions is not responsible for data loss due to hardware failures or database corruptions. If you use cloud syncing, you are responsible for maintaining secure dashboard access credentials.

3. Service Limitations

Our offline software is provided "as is". While we audit our code to eliminate errors, we do not warrant that calculations (such as cost estimations or inventory levels) will always be error-free.

4. Termination

If your subscription payment fails or is cancelled, your cloud syncing features will be paused, and your local databases will enter a read-only mode until payment is resolved.
